Ive been paying for the top package for months now, I had to take a break due to having a biopsy which I told the woman working in the Seneca location when I went in on 9/4. She let me purchase the 3 spray tans for 1 and now Im being told that I cant even use those since I didnt renew my monthly package. Im being told I have to pay the $80 something in order to use the 3 spray tans Ive already paid for. If this is the case then I want a refund for my spray tans that Im not being allowed to use.

Absolute Horrendous Experience

The place was never that great, but has really gone even more downhill after Sammie left. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and came off genuine & authentic as you could tell she really loved her job.

The place has really gone downhill, to the point I canceled my membership and now Tantalizing is where I go. I absolutely love my new choice, and wish that I had found Tabtalizing much sooner! I also really love Tiki Tans, but it is just too far. ULTRATAN was horrendous - the employees are rude, and lazy.

They lack basic customer service skills and basic human manners. The rooms often had roaches (Im dead serious) and the place looks terribly outdated.

You feel like you are walking into a time warp of the early 1990s era. It is eerie

I only needed it for a short time. Service was very friendly, beds are awesome, but the waiting was difficult. Plus, I noticed rude customers. Its not worth it when I have to wait every time, but I understand its like that everywhere. Nothing against the company or people. I would just rather lay out at my pool.

Location Asheville, NC - Candler location.. there is not enough employees for coverage. That is an internal problem yet affecting my return of service for what I paid for. Numerous attempts to my location and the store was closed during normal hours. There needs to be a credit for lack of service back to me. I could honestly go on for days about how many times theyve *** me over. The only reason i stay is because they have better benefits with their costs. Still, theyre so flaky, its hard to even get a refund when they have made a financial mistake ON THEIR PART!! During Covid, that was a complete train wreck, I lost like 65 dollars which didnt help me being unemployed because of Covid lay offs.. they never refunded me for that they literally told me they had compensated me with that for a free month of June. LMAO they never even notified me about that, so I had still figured they were closed due to Covid-19. So, ofc they did what they could to benefit themselves

Overcharge

My account is still being billed as a membership on hold. I paid for a yearly membership so those charges should have stopped. I was told by my local UT than they would stop those the day I paid for my yearly membership but Ive continued to be charged every month.

I came to asheville tunnel road ultratan to get my platinum package renewed and when It was my turn to spray tan Gracie the employee was like oh I'm sorry I forgot to tell you that we changed our packages after I had already paid when thats the only reason I did it. Platinum packages have been 30 years of the same thing and you would have to pay for a spray tan.I had already specified when I came in I only have a little bit of money so I could do the platinum but only because of the spray tan.

So she said customer service and all of the managers weren't able to be spoken to. This was one of the only days I get to do anything because I have two kids and work two jobs.

I cannot afford anymore and I don't want the money on my account I want a refund because I would only be able to spray one time with that money. I have worked here and been a long time customer for about 15 years and can't afford this if sprays aren't included, that's the only reason I came and I even got my niece to buy a package right before me.

While waiting, I couldn't help but overhear this lady using profane language about another employee or possibly former employee. She was very disrespectful, loud and down right blatant. They want to charge me twice

The spray tan machine didnt work and I wanted to do it again but she wanted to charge me and Im not going to pay when I never did it to begin with. She said she could not refund my money. I already pay a monthly subscription of $60 and then I have to pay for add ons when I get a spray tan. I am not going to pay for one twice when I didnt even spray the first time. Every time I go in there they have some kind of computer issue or some other issue. It is ridiculous. The staff is not properly trained and the beds are broken.

After I froze my Account, they continue to take 2 months worth which equals still $149. And I want it back in my account.

I called Ultra tan and froze my account. Sans I was not the cardholder, They told me the card holder had to do it... So he went in there in person the 1 on Reaford RD.. And the next 2 months they still continue to take 70 some odd dollars twice ...equals to a 149 odd &;;;; some odd cent. The credit card is not mine, so they told me I could not freeze the account so the one there is the cardholder wear and there in person and told them to freeze the account .So I want this money return to his account the Card holder. Please get back with me at 910 03/03/1742. I never went to the Tannin bed not one time those 2 months they charged me. Even after the count was frozen..
