They agreed to just renew my membership and not make me pay the month I missed due to illness.

I have been a customer of Ultratan over 6 years in North and South Carolina. I haven't been in 2 months due to an illness so I went in tonight to the Rock Hill location and agreed to pay my membership of 49.95.

I only use the mystic. Was told id have to pay another 49.95 plus add ons if I wanted to tan. I asked the girl if my membership had cancelled or lapsed why could i not just renew my membership & start fresh? Was told no.

I cancelled my membership and asked for a refund back on my card & was told corporate would have to do that tomorrow. Dont understand after being a customer as long as I have why I couldnt just start my membership over?
