Ultratan in Statesville, North Carolina - Double charged multiple times
I have contacted the manager at the statesville store. I have been double charged multiple times. For a membership i canceled because i only used it a few times and did not like the spray tan results turned my hands and feet orange. I had to put a stop payment on my account through my bank. Ultra tan has not refunded any amount.

Ultratan in Florence, South Carolina - Double charge lousy beds
So i have bern a gold member for 8 years i have put up with lousy service worn out beds and have still stayed on board. But they double charged me on my 2 accts 65.95 each on Sept 1st its the 6th they still refuse to refund my money Linsey has lied to me every day . Wonder how this has been going on better check your bank acct. I run a large co this co has the worst cust service of any co i know.
Ultratan - Need to be refunded for extra month charged.
I have now contacted my local store, emailed customer service and called customer service and have still not recieved my refund for the month I was charged for. I was told if I canceled by the start of May I would not be charged, so I canceled my account but was still charged.
Ultratan in Greer, South Carolina - Not the same as it used to be
Greer salon went up on prices, down on tan time in the regular beds and go long amounts of time In between changing the bulbs. I’ve been tanning on and off for 27 years, mostly at ultra tan. It is sad to see their reputation going in the potty. If I had the financial backing I’d give them a bit of competition!

Ultratan in Johns Island, South Carolina - Sad example of customer service
I went to "unfreeze" my account only to be told i owed 80 bucks. When i questioned it, i was then told i owed 5 bucks.. paid it but they could not figure out how to unfreeze my account. I had to leave and come back 2 days later. Then i was told i owed 96 bucks! When i asked for a break down the girl said she couldnt give me one. What???? Only after some persueading did i find out they changed my plan to one that cost 20 bucks more per mo???? I will be using sunstation next month.
